FAQ's
1. Will out of stock products be restocked?
Most items will be restocked if they're not limited! However, if they are labeled "LIMITED" then they will never be restocked again. Limited preorders are a one time only sale.
2. Will there be overstock for preorder items?
I always purchase overstock for preorder items, limited or not. In the event that I miscalculate, I place an order for another batch as soon as I realize. Any delay caused by my own mistake will of course be compensated with more freebies included in the package. Sorry for any inconvenience!
3. Can I add items to an already placed order?
Feel free to email me about this through the contact form! I'll have to send an invoice to your email in order to keep everything in one package with one shipping price.
4. Are group orders allowed?
Group orders are perfectly fine! Just let me know how many people are involved so I can give the correct amount of freebies!! (Preorders only)
NOTICES
I usually take a few days to ship, but for preorders there may be a delay due to the sheer volume of orders I have to sort through. I will of course try to sort through them as quickly as possible!
I only ship on weekdays.
I do not accept returns or exchanges, unless they're my mistake.
If there are items you'd like restocked faster, please let me know through email. (Excludes LIMITED listings)
Any disputes will have the user blocked from my shop as they're too high risk to have as a customer. If you've already recieved the items, I will not accept the dispute (unless actual fraud is involved.)
